One bottle will last you 30 days. We recommend to take Flow State vitamin daily for 60 days to be able to experience all of the benefits.

A full dose is 3 capsules. While we wanted to fit everything in 2, we realised the capsules would be tough to swallow. We didn’t want that.

To make each dose convenient, but also palatable, we decided to have 3 capsules instead of 2. Our capsules are size 00, the most common two-piece capsule size.

Remember, you can always open the capsules and combine with your morning smoothie.
